Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the « T&Cs ») govern the contractual relations between Le LAB (hereinafter « Le LAB » or « we ») and any person wishing to register for our language training and digital workshop services (hereinafter « the Customer » or « you »).

Any registration for our courses implies unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Article 2 - Services offered

Le LAB offers the following services:

• Group language courses : Group sessions (minimum 3 participants)
• Private classes : Personalized individual sessions
• Digital workshops : One-off themed training courses
• Intensive courses : Intensive sessions during school holidays

Each service is detailed on our website with:

• The required level
• The duration and number of sessions
• The location and schedule
• The applicable price

Article 3 - Registration

3.1 Registration process

Registration is done online via our website by completing the dedicated form. It becomes final after:

1. Validation by our teaching team
2. Payment of the amount due (except free trial class)

3.2 Trial class

We offer a free trial class for group classes, allowing the Customer to discover our teaching method before committing.

Conditions:

• Limited to 1 trial class per person per school year
• No commitment
• Limited places (subject to availability)

3.3 Validation of the registration

Our team reserves the right to:

• Approve or refuse a registration
• Offer an alternative class better suited to the Customer's level
• Cancel a class if the minimum number of participants is not reached (group classes)

Article 4 - Prices and payment terms

4.1 Price

Prices are shown in euros incl. VAT (all taxes included) and are those in force on the day of registration.

4.2 Payment terms

Payment is made:

• Online : By bank card via our secure provider Mollie
• On site : By cheque (on request)

Payment must be made within 7 days following the validation of the registration by our team.

4.3 Payment default

In the event of non-payment within the allotted time, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend access to classes
• Cancel registration

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal from the date of registration, unless the classes have already started.

5.1 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

• Classes that have already started (with the Customer's express agreement)
• Free trial classes

5.2 How to exercise it

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us by email at [email protected] indicating:

• Your first and last name
• The class concerned
• Your withdrawal request

In the event of withdrawal, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method used.

Article 10 - Personal data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 14 - Complaints and mediation

14.1 Contact

14.2 Consumer mediation

In accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, if a dispute is not resolved amicably, you may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator.

Article 15 - Applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, jurisdiction is granted to the French courts of the district of Le LAB's registered office.

Article 16 - Acceptance of the T&Cs

By ticking the box « I accept the Terms and Conditions of Sale » during your registration, you acknowledge having read, understood and accepted all of these T&Cs.
